Jenny asks – Is it true that Sgt Frausto didn’t get sent to the FBI Academy because he couldn’t pass the physical? Jenny says this is true (how she would know about Frausto’s medical condition without violating federal medical privacy laws is anyone’s guess).
The truth is that Frausto has never asked to be sent and was never asked to go to the FBI Academy so he would never have taken or been asked to take a physical to determine whether he could go to the Academy. Gee, Jenny, I wish you weren’t a liar.
As to Jenny’s “bet” that the Chief couldn’t pass a physical and that Frausto couldn’t chase a perp too far, I guess she forgets that she was caught when she tried to gain sanctuary in the post office.
